Rates: Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Rates listed above do not include cleaning fee or required 7% Puerto Rico sales tax, which will be included in your quote. In addition, booking sites (VRBO, Airbnb, TripAdvisor) add additional booking fees to your quote. Those fees are on top of the rental rates and are paid directly to the booking site.
Security Deposit: We require a $1000 security deposit at least 7 days prior to arrival and it will be returned within 14 days of checkout, assuming no damage. The security deposit can be paid via Venmo for a full refund, or via credit card for a return less the 3% credit card fee. You must pay the security deposit prior to arrival or you will not be allowed to check in.
Payment Schedule: 50% of total booking amount is due upon booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is due at least 60 days prior to arrival. You will receive a payment reminder with a link to pay the balance. Failure to pay the balance due by 60 days prior to arrival may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 60 days prior to your arrival to receive a refund. If you paid via credit card, your refund will be the amount paid less 3% (credit card processing fee). After that time, no refund is available. However, if we are able to rent your dates, we can either provide a refund (up to the amount of the new reservation) or work with you to reschedule at the current published rate. In addition, after the 60 day cancellation period, all changes are subject to a $250 administrative fee.
Trip Insurance: We strongly encourage you purchase trip insurance to cover your booking in the event you need to cancel for any reason, including Covid-19 or weather events.
Rental Agreement: Once you reserve, you will need to review, complete and sign our rental agreement and return within 48 hours of reserving your stay. Failure to do so may result in cancellation. Click the button below to view and complete our rental agreement.
House Rules
Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. We will do our best to accommodate an early or late check in/out if possible, however, due to cleaning protocols and maintenance, we are not always able to do so.
